1. Sign in with an email link
- Open the sign-in page and enter the email address of your account.
- Open the message from ZeroTerm and click the link. It works once and expires after 10 minutes.
- No message? Check spam and wait a minute before requesting another link (at most five per hour).
2. Lost access to Google or GitHub
Your account is tied to your verified email address. If you used Google or GitHub, request an email link to the same address and you will reach the same account.
3. Lost access to your email
Write to [email protected] from any address with the account email and details that prove ownership (for example machine names or the last invoice number). For security we may ask for more information before changing the email of an account.
4. Signed in somewhere you shouldn't be?
In Account settings → Sessions you can sign out other browsers. Sessions also end automatically after 7 days.
