1. Who provides ZeroTerm
ZeroTerm is provided by RiseSystems Bartosz Korzeniowski, ul. Gen. Józefa Longina Sowińskiego 46 lok. 1c, 40-018 Katowice, Poland, NIP 6282306462, REGON 545249507, a business registered in the Polish Central Register of Business Activity (CEIDG). Contact: [email protected].
2. Definitions
- Customer or you: the person or organisation holding a ZeroTerm account.
- Consumer: a natural person using ZeroTerm for purposes not directly related to their business or profession. A sole trader for whom the contract has no professional character (art. 3855 of the Polish Civil Code) enjoys the consumer protections described in these Terms.
- Machine: a server, VPS or computer you connect to ZeroTerm. Agent: the ZeroTerm software you install on a Machine. Service: an application, database, website, game server or bot managed through ZeroTerm.
- Plan: Free, Basic or Pro, as described on the pricing page.
3. What ZeroTerm does
ZeroTerm lets you connect Machines you control and manage Services on them: deployment, power controls, files, backups, schedules, Git synchronisation, monitoring, alerts, user access and an AI assistant. ZeroTerm is not a hosting provider. Your Services run on your own Machines, at your own cost and under your responsibility.
ZeroTerm is under active development. Features marked as planned or in development may change or become available later. We do not promise any specific uptime unless agreed in writing.
4. Technical requirements
- A current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
- An email address, or a Google or GitHub account, to sign in.
- For each Machine: Linux with systemd and Docker (Ubuntu/Debian are installed automatically), or Windows with Docker Desktop, administrator access for installation and outbound HTTPS access to panel.zeroterm.dev.
5. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. Provide accurate information and keep access to your email and sign-in providers secure; ZeroTerm uses no passwords. You are responsible for actions taken through your account and by people you give access to.
The contract for providing ZeroTerm starts when your account is created and lasts until it is deleted. You can delete your account at any time in Account settings.
6. Plans, prices and payment
The Free plan costs nothing. Basic and Pro are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details.
Your first Basic or Pro subscription includes a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required. Unless you cancel in Billing before the trial ends, Stripe charges the selected monthly or yearly price automatically when the trial ends. One trial is available per account. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel renewal at any time in Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then returns to Free. Upgrades take effect immediately. If a payment fails and is not completed after the payment provider's retries, the account returns to Free.
Plan limits (for example the number of Machines) are enforced by the panel. Business customers can manage company and invoice details through Billing.
7. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Consumers may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days. The rules, including how a refund is calculated when the service has already started at your request, are set out in the Refund & Withdrawal Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Your Machines, Services and data
You keep full ownership of your Machines, Services and data. By installing the Agent you authorise ZeroTerm to perform the operations you, your team members or your approved automations request, such as starting containers, editing files or creating backups. The Agent manages only Services created through ZeroTerm.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of what you run, for licences of the software you deploy, for the security of your Machines and for keeping independent backups. ZeroTerm backups are stored on your own Machine and are not a substitute for an off-site backup.
If your Services process personal data of others, you are the controller of that data and ZeroTerm acts as a processor when executing your instructions. Business customers can request a data processing agreement at [email protected].
9. Acceptable use
You must not use ZeroTerm to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- distribute malware, send spam, run phishing or attack other systems, including denial-of-service attacks;
- connect Machines you are not authorised to manage;
- bypass plan limits, rate limits or security controls, or overload the platform;
- use the optional traffic routing to hide abusive traffic.
API and panel requests are rate limited to keep the platform reliable. We may suspend access that endangers the platform or others; where possible we will warn you first and explain why.
10. AI assistant
The AI assistant uses Google Gemini, with Gemini 3.8 Flash as the configured model. When you use it, your messages and relevant workspace context, logs, metrics or file excerpts are sent to Google through the Gemini API within your existing permissions. The assistant may propose changes. Proposals run only after you approve them, or automatically if you enable automatic approval on Pro for the actions listed in your settings. AI output can be wrong; review proposals before approving them. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Daily request allowances depend on your Plan.
11. Liability
We provide ZeroTerm with due care. Towards business customers, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for ZeroTerm in the 12 months before the event, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damage, except for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights of Consumers or liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Complaints
Send complaints to [email protected] with your account email and a description of the problem. We reply within 14 days. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, for example with a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa).
13. Ending the contract
You can delete your account at any time; cancel any paid subscription first. We may end the contract with 30 days' notice by email, or immediately if you seriously breach these Terms. If we end a paid subscription without cause, we refund the unused part.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms for legal, security or product reasons. We will email you at least 14 days before a material change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before that date; paid subscribers receive a refund of the unused period.
15. Governing law
Polish law applies. Consumers keep the protection of mandatory laws of their country of residence and may bring claims before the courts competent under general rules. Disputes with business customers are resolved by the court competent for the seat of RiseSystems Bartosz Korzeniowski.
