1. Cancelling a subscription
Open Billing in the panel and choose Cancel subscription. Renewal stops and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the account returns to Free. You can undo the cancellation until then. Your machines and services are not deleted.
2. 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer (or a sole trader buying not for professional purposes), you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, under the Polish Consumer Rights Act. Send a clear statement, for example the model below, to [email protected] or by post to RiseSystems Bartosz Korzeniowski, ul. Gen. Józefa Longina Sowińskiego 46 lok. 1c, 40-018 Katowice, Poland.
I hereby withdraw from my contract for the ZeroTerm [Basic/Pro] subscription purchased on [date]. Account email: [email]. Name: [name].
At checkout you ask us to start the paid plan immediately. If you withdraw, we refund the price minus the part proportional to the days the paid plan was active before you withdrew (art. 35 of the Consumer Rights Act). Refunds are made within 14 days to the original payment method.
3. After the withdrawal period
- Monthly plans: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month; partial months are not refunded.
- Yearly plans: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid year. If you ask within 30 days of a renewal you did not use, we refund the unused months.
- If ZeroTerm is unavailable for an extended period because of our fault, or we end your subscription without cause, we refund the unused part.
- Business customers: refunds outside these cases are at our discretion.
4. How to request a refund
Write to [email protected] from your account email with the date of payment. We answer within 14 days. Taxes are refunded together with the price. See also the Terms of Service.
